Recs for good bass boat mechanic in DFW area?

I’m helping a buddy fix up a boat that has been sitting under a tarp—but outside---for two years, and once we clean it out, we need to have a mechanic flush the old gas, run a pressure test, do a general checkup/assessment, and perform necesssary repairs. I have a feeling the carburetor may need some work. 

It’s a 1994 Yamaha 115 two stroke on a 18ft fiberglass boat.  I’ll also ask them to take a look at the transom; it appears okay, but with the boat sitting up for a while, want to be sure.  Just want someone that’s good and will shoot straight with me on what they see. 

Any recommendations?  I’m in the Dallas area. 

Ended up taking the boat to Big Daddy’s in Lewisville.
