Well! Although not the worst thing I've ever forgotten. But putting decoys out is definitely easier with waders and mine were still setting in my house nice and dry.
Luckily I carry a 18' decoy pole so I was able to get decoys a little bit into the water.
Sitting in the southern blind I had a group of 4 circle twice and head south at 7:00. Then at 7:35 a group of 15 come by and I cut one out.
I walked to the southern end at 8:00 to see if those early birds were sitting there found them and got 1
Walking back to the blind was surprised to find what I believe to be the other 3 teal sitting with my decoys keeping them company. I shot one of those.
Call it at 9:30 and started picking up.
