Fry
Hardly any birds flying, saw maybe ten throughout the morning, and one group of Canada geese.
Had a drake wigeon decoy nicely, but left him alone as another group of four were circling. They flew off, and the drake swam off, I guess beggars shouldn't be choosers!
Had two more singles come in later on the day, but never really committed to the dekes. The rest of the birds we saw seemed to know where they were going and had no interest in this place.
I also lost 9 of my decoys at sea :( The dam side is a little deeper than I thought! They should be on the North east bank somewhere, didn't wait for them to make it to the other side. If anyone wants to grab them before I make it back out there, I'll gladly pick them up from you with some beer of your choosing! Nothing fancy, some older pintails and mallard hens I believe
