There were a decent number of ducks.  They all wanted to land in the middle of the lake though.  The fog from the early morning freezing temperatures helped as a few gadwalls were harvested when they swam to within shooting range.  Once the fog lifted, no other ducks made that mistake.  The primary species present today were gadwall and wigeon.
